Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At our centre, we aim to provide high-quality lessons while maintaining the sustainability of our small family business. To help us manage bookings fairly and efficiently, please take a moment to read our cancellation and rescheduling policy below.

🔔 48-Hour Notice Required

All cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session time.


✅ Cancellations with More Than 48 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel or reschedule a session more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time,
you will receive a full account credit.
This credit can be used toward any future booking.


❌ Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If you cancel or request to reschedule within 48 hours of your session,
no refund or account credit will be issued.


💳 Refund Policy

Please note:
We do not issue formal refunds under any circumstances.
All eligible cancellations will be refunded in account credit only.


This policy is visible at the top of our online booking page and is in place to ensure fairness and operational stability.

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. East View Riding Centre is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
